Mr. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a Masters in Choral Conducting from Westminster Choir College.

As well as directing One Voice and Women's Chorus, Mr. Crosby, as a very gifted pianist, accompanies Bell Civic Chorale and is an often-requested accompanist for solo recitals.

Mr.  Crosby is a member of TMEA, TCDA, and ACDA.
